This role is for a bookkeeping/payroll position with additional administrative duties to support the main office.
Duties will include:
- Assistance with main office administrative duties:
Answering Phones Work flow assistance Client workpaper filing (digital) Client setup and onboarding - Bookkeeping (client services) QuickBooks transaction entry Bank Reconciliation AP and AR processing - Payroll (client services) Payroll Calculations and Processing (QuickBooks or similar) Payroll Tax Payments (EFTPS) Quarterly and Annual Payroll Compliance - Skills:
Strong organizational and time management skills Effective communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Experience with payroll software such as QuickBooks Basic understanding of payroll tax regulations and compliance Knowledge of general accounting principles, including debits and credits Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Note:
