Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, common areas, and laundry facilities in accordance with hotel standards - Make beds, change linens, and replenish towels and toiletries - Vacuum, dust, and sanitize surfaces to ensure a clean and comfortable environment for guests - Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly - Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate personnel - Assist with laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and ironing linens and guest clothing - Operate laundry equipment and follow proper procedures for sorting, treating stains, and handling delicate items - Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or laundry services preferred - Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently - Ability to prioritize tasks based on hotel occupancy and guest needs - Good communication skills to interact with guests and team members Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
