Seasonal Customer Service Representative
Taquan Air Dispatch Seasonal Customer Service Representative The Customer Service Representative is responsible for all aspects of the customers experience for Taquan Air.
Summary of Essential Job Functions Ticketing customers, answering phones efficiently, receiving and ticketing freight Knowledgeable of our destinations, rates, fees and tour products Establishing a warm, welcome, and friendly relationship with each customer in person, over the phone and through email.
Assist customers with retail sales including handling cash and credit card machine.
Responsible for keeping retail stocked and inventory updated.
Responsible for keeping lobby, bathrooms and work area clean.
Assisting with passenger loading and unloading as needed.
Participate in all company training.
Responsible for complying with opening and closing procedures.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Salary:
$17 per hour.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
